We Manage All Payments

With our centralised payment model, we coordinate all payments from families.  Our educators receive their full payment each week.  This allows our educators more time to focus on the educational program, the environment and enjoying time with the children.

Educator’s Webpages

Each of our educators has a dedicated webpage featuring professional photographs and key details. This ensures families have access to all the essential information about their service.

Educational Bags Program

Our educators can borrow educational bags, each containing a book, hands-on experiences with structured resources, and discussion questions. These bags not only encourage children to think creatively and explore but also support educators in developing their programs, inspiring them to create new extensions based on children's interests.

Simultaneous Reading

Koolanga is excited to participate in the National Simultaneous Storytime event each year. To support our educators, we purchase a copy of the selected book for each educator, ensuring they have the resources to engage with the event and enjoy sharing the story with the children in their care.

No minimum Notice Period

As an educator with Koolanga, circumstances and opportunities change all the time. If you decide to close your service, there is no minimum notice period that educators must give us. Rather, we will work with that educator on the preferred closing date to give families as much time as possible to find alternate care, with Koolanga or elsewhere.

KOOL Magazine

Koolanga produces its own magazine, providing contemporary information, research, and relevant data to support professional growth in early childhood education. The first edition is planned for release by the second semester of 2025.
